    • Online and Private Classes Cancellation Policy:

For online and private classes, any cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Additionally, if a student is a "no-show" and hasn't logged into the class within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled start time, the class will be considered forfeited.

Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice or to join the class within the specified time frame will result in the class not being rescheduled and will be considered forfeited.

    • Withdrawal and Refund Request: If a student wishes to withdraw from our program, a written request must be submitted to our administration via email at info@isabellaandferdinand.org. The request should include the student's name and the reason for withdrawal.

      • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the following conditions:

        b. Within the First Week: If a student withdraws within the first week of the program, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount will be determined based on the number of classes attended and any administrative fees incurred.

        c. After the First Week: No refunds will be provided for withdrawals that occur after the first week of the program. The full program fee will be applicable.

    • Non-Refundable Fees: Registration fees, material fees, and any other non-refundable fees are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

    • Processing Time: Refund requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 14 business days from the date of the request submission.

    • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment whenever possible. However, we reserve the right to refund the amount through an alternative payment method, such as a check or electronic transfer, if deemed necessary.

    • Exceptional Circumstances: In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of the stated policy. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and a decision will be made at the discretion of our administration.

    • Program Changes and Cancellations: In the event that we need to cancel or modify a program, we will provide alternative options or a full refund to enrolled students.
