Expanding Spanish Learning: Isabella & Ferdinand® Academia de Español™ Partners With John Eaton After-School Program to Broaden Reach in DC Public Schools
[Washington DC, July 10th, 2023] – Isabella & Ferdinand® Academia de Español™ is thrilled to announce its partnership with John Eaton Elementary School and the John Eaton Afterschool Program (JEAP) to students attending John Eaton Elementary School! As the only nonprofit language education institution in Washington certified by Instituto Cervantes, Isabella & Ferdinand has provided Spanish language instruction to learners of all ages since 2010.
Their inclusive and dynamic program fosters linguistic proficiency and cultural fluency through a unique mixture of language instruction and immersive, arts and activity based learning. Their dedicated team of educators makes learning Spanish engaging, relevant, and, most of all, fun!
This new partnership also represents a significant milestone for John Eaton ES and further expands on its mission to provide enrichment opportunities for students that build their understanding of world cultures and what it means to be a global citizen.
