Isabella & Ferdinand® Academia de Español™ is thrilled to share the incredible fun we had at our 2023 Summer Camp, El Circo!

We are thrilled to share that we have successfully completed our second week of the 2023 El Circo Summer Camp. It has been an incredible journey filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable experiences!

This week, our campers delved into the rich cultures of Venezuela and Colombia as we learned how to cook delicious arepas. Through this culinary adventure, we not only discovered new flavors but also gained a deeper appreciation for diverse cultures and traditions.

In our Spanish classes, we explored the fascinating topic of our skeleton. We learned about the different bones in our bodies, their functions, and how they contribute to our overall health and well-being. Learning about our skeleton in Spanish added an extra layer of language immersion to our educational journey.

To ignite our creativity, we engaged in various activities centered around the circus theme. Our campers crafted their own face masks, symbolizing the joy and excitement of the circus. Through this hands-on experience, we not only honed our crafting skills but also deepened our understanding of the circus and its vibrant culture.

The highlight of the week was undoubtedly our spectacular circus show! Filled with teamwork, Spanish learning, and a celebration of diverse cultures, the show was a true reflection of the incredible journey we have been on together. Our campers showcased their talents, confidence, and the valuable skills they have acquired during their time at El Circo Summer Camp.

But wait, there's more! We had a special surprise during the show. Our very own Maribel from the movie "Encanto" made an appearance, portrayed by our talented Executive Director, Maira Abasto. At Isabella & Ferdinand, we believe in creating unique and unforgettable experiences that go beyond the ordinary. Learning Spanish becomes an exciting adventure filled with joy, laughter, and magical moments.

We are a place where learning and having fun go hand in hand. Our goal is to inspire and empower our campers, fostering a love for language, culture, and personal growth.
