Isabella & Ferdinand® Academia de Español™ is thrilled to share the incredible fun we had at our 2023 Summer Camp, El Circo!
Step right up and enter the magical world of Week 3 at our 2023 Summer Camp, El Circo! From July 3rd to July 7th, our campers immersed themselves in a week full of art and Spanish learning. It was a whirlwind of creativity, cultural exploration, and exciting experiences!
We kicked off the week by celebrating 4th of July with a special painting activity, where our students proudly painted the US flag. It was a fantastic way to honor this important day while engaging in language learning.
Throughout the week, we delved into the vibrant world of art, learning about iconic artists such as Joan Miró, Frida Kahlo, and Picasso. Our campers explored their unique styles and techniques, and even had the opportunity to create their own masterpieces inspired by these legendary artists.
In addition to the art-filled adventures, we also celebrated Chocolate Day by diving into the fascinating process of chocolate-making. Our students learned about the origins of chocolate, its cultural significance, and even got a chance to taste some delicious treats. All of this, of course, was conducted in Spanish, providing an immersive language learning experience.
But it wasn't all about art and chocolate! We also made sure to connect with nature and enjoy outdoor activities. Our campers had a blast playing games, participating in team-building exercises, and having fun in the great outdoors.
We are thrilled to have witnessed the joy, growth, and excitement that Week 3 of El Circo Summer Camp brought to our campers. It was a week filled with laughter, learning, and memorable experiences.
